This card has been created using Tina's TM00006 - College Bound digital personal cutter file. This file was designed for a College Bound person, but I decided to leave off the rest of the title, and now I can use it to celebrate the getting of a licence to drive or the purchase of a new car!

I love how she added the ribbon that makes it look like a road.  Such a great card..
