I copied and pasted the stars included with the file all over the witch's hat. The piece that had stars cut out was pasted to a cut out of the card outline. We added glitter glue with stars to it, as it seemed fitting. A little ribbon to "tie it off" and add some dimension.
This is awesome. I love Halloween and this would make a great decoration!
